Health Education Workshops and Group Education

The Toronto Western Family Health Team is pleased to offer FREE health education workshops to our clients and community partners as a health promotion initiative.

Our Health Education Workshops:

• may be offered virtually on MS Teams or in-person at one of our clinic sites
• have been created by members of our health care team, or in some cases, by external health education partners
• cover a variety of topics and are designed to give you the tools and resources you need to learn more about your health
• are information sessions for the purpose of learning and not meant for individual medical treatment

Please note: our in-person workshops are exclusively for TW FHT patients.
