Struggling with sleep? Whether falling asleep or staying asleep? Join our in-person Sleep Therapy 101 workshop designed for patients and caregivers who want to learn practical, non-medication strategies to improve sleep.
This introductory session will cover the basics of sleep therapy, including stimulus control, sleep restriction, muscle relaxation, and cognitive behavioral techniques. These evidence-based approaches are safe and effective ways to help you sleep better.
In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn:

About the sleep-wake cycle and myths about sleep

How to improve sleep using stimulus control and sleep restriction strategies

How to monitor sleep using a sleep diary

How to use tools and strategies to challenge the racing mind
