Digital Health Series

The Toronto Western Family Health Team is pleased to offer our Digital Health Series to our clients and community partners.

This digital health series helps participants build digital literacy skills to safely use technology, find trustworthy health information, and access online healthcare services. Through practical, hands-on learning, participants gain confidence navigating digital tools, protecting their personal information, and managing their healthcare online.

Our Digital Health Workshops:

• May be offered virtually on MS Teams or in-person at one of our clinic sites
• Have been created by members of our health care team and external partners
• Are information sessions for the purpose of learning and not meant for individual medical treatment
• Learn practical education and resources to help you find reliable health information and make safe decisions when online
